Seyhan is a district in the Adana City of Turkey. It's completely within the city of Adana and the municipality of Seyhan's a lower tier municipality which serves to the entire district.

Seyhan's home to 35 percent of the residents of Adana City and almost half of the residents of the city of Adana. It's the fifth most populous metropolitan district in Turkey. Seyhan's the first settlement area of Adana and gets its name from the river that forms the east border.

Seyhan's the administrative, business and cultural center of Adana. It includes the historical neighborhood of Tepebag, and the landmarks such as Buyuksaat, Ulu Mosque, Ramazanoglu Hall and Sabanci Merkez Mosque. Adana Center for Arts and Culture, Sabancı Cultural Center, Seyhan Cultural Center and Greater Municipality Theater Hall are also located at the district.
